Our cutting edge Beverage facility uses state of the art extrusion technology to produce a variety of value added products. The process entails the pre-cooking of raw materials to create convenient, high quality ready-to-eat products.
Our Instant porridge is high in energy and fibre with the required essential vitamins and minerals. We produce a massive 3000 tons per month in 4 different flavours, making us one of the biggest instant maize meal facilities in South Africa. Instant comes in a 1kg and 2kg package as well as an innovative 75g single serving for an on- the-go snack.
Also produced in the wet mill, is ginger beer and a sorghum based instant beer powder, both of which are make today enjoy tomorrow products.
